All payments run through Stripe — the same platform Amazon and Booking.com use. Credit card, debit card, or bank transfer (SEPA) for bookings 30+ days out. You get a confirmation and receipt immediately.
Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Let us know your flight time when you book — we'll accommodate earlier arrivals whenever we can.
Yes — just ask after you book. We arrange transfers, private chefs, grocery delivery, and other concierge services as add-ons. We're a small hands-on team, not a call centre.
