We securely process all payments through Stripe, a trusted platform also used by companies such as Amazon, Google, and Booking.com. You can pay by credit or debit card, and for bookings made more than 7days in advance, we also offer SEPA Instant bank transfer.
Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Let us know your flight time when you book — we’ll accommodate earlier arrivals whenever we can.
Yes — just ask after you book. We arrange transfers, private chefs, grocery delivery, and other concierge services as add-ons. We’re a small hands-on team, not a call centre.
