At Pinares de San Antón, our five villas sit together on a hilltop estate above Málaga. Each has its own pool, terrace, and fully equipped kitchen. But the shared grounds, panoramic views, and proximity to one another mean your group can come together whenever they choose - for morning coffee, a long lunch, or sundowners overlooking the city.

Who Books Multi-Villa Holidays?

We see three main groups. First, extended families - siblings with their own families who want to holiday together without being on top of each other. Grandparents in one villa, each family unit in another, and everyone meets at the big terrace for dinner. Second, friend groups - milestone birthdays, reunions, and celebration trips where the group is too large for a single property. Third, corporate teams running offsites or away days who want something more inspiring than a conference hotel.

Groups typically range from 10 to 30 guests across two to five villas. The flexibility means you only pay for what you need - a group of 12 might book three villas, while a wedding party of 28 might take all five.

How the Estate Works for Groups

The estate layout is designed for communal living with private retreats. The villas are close enough to walk between in a minute or two, but each is positioned for maximum privacy. You will not hear your neighbour's music or see into their terrace.

For group meals, we can arrange a private chef to cook on the main terrace - think whole sea bream on the grill, local salads, and Andalusian wines as the sun dips below the mountains. Or your group can self-cater using the fully equipped kitchens and the excellent food markets in Málaga, just 10 minutes away.

What is Included

Every villa comes with private pool, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, quality linens, and daily housekeeping. For multi-villa bookings, we can also arrange airport transfers for the whole group, pre-arrival grocery shopping, private chefs, and curated local experiences from wine tastings to guided hikes.
